We are now expanding into catering and are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Catering Salesperson to help us grow this exciting new venture.
Position OverviewAs a Commission-Based Catering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue for our catering services. Your primary responsibility will be generating and closing catering sales for events such as corporate meetings, private parties, weddings, and community gatherings. This position is remote and flexible, making it ideal for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities·Identify and pursue new catering sales opportunities within Orange County, CA, such as corporate clients, event planners, and private individuals.
·Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific needs and tailoring our catering offerings to meet those requirements.
·Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
·Collaborate closely with our restaurant team to ensure seamless execution of catering events.
·Negotiate contracts and finalize catering orders, ensuring all details are accurately communicated to the restaurant team.
·Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools or other reporting systems.
·Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements·Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food, hospitality, or catering industry.
·Strong knowledge of Orange County's market and its diverse clientele.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
·Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·A passion for food and hospitality is a must.
·Access to reliable transportation for client meetings and events.
