Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown is seeking a passionate, driven, and relationship-focused Catering Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating and managing catering business, maximizing banquet and event revenue, and creating exceptional experiences for our guests from inquiry through event execution. Working closely with the Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams, the Catering Sales Manager will build lasting client relationships while ensuring flawless execution of meetings, social events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
2+ years of hotel catering, event sales, or hospitality sales experience preferred. Experience selling meetings, weddings, social events, and corporate functions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Delphi, CI/TY, or similar sales software experience preferred. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends as business demands require.
