Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the culinary and events team to ensure clients' needs are met. The individual in this role will also be expected to stay current with industry trends to foster the growth and success of Componere Culinary and Events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Ability to build new client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with culinary and events teams
• Knowledge of the events and culinary industry is highly beneficial
• Experience with large & national events is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
