Job summary

BBQ-152 is seeking a Catering Manager to execute catering across our family of BBQ restaurants. You will lead and organize catering events that will grow the business and promote, book, and manage catering offerings.

Responsibilities include defining packages, marketing to generate revenue, coordinating staffing and operations, and serving as the main point of contact from inquiry to event day. Two years hospitality experience and a BS in Hospitality are preferred; valid driver's license and

Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality experience required.
• BS in Hospitality preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and good DMV record.
• Catering or event management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and package catering offerings.
• Market catering packages to generate new revenue.
• Develop and maintain catering and event planning services for customers.
• Seek out new customers and vendors; network with industry professionals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for catering orders from inquiry to event day.
• Coordinate staffing for catering events; manage labor and costs.
• Ensure smooth operations of events including transportation, setup and execution.
