Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• 3 to 5 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Must multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email messages.
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOS) as per client needs (Catering Only).
• Assist daily operations of the Business Center as needed.
• Greet guests/clients/employees when necessary.
• Attend meetings/trainings as required by management.
• Maintain office supplies and filing; manage correspondence.
