Job summary

Stonefire Grill Management is seeking a Catering Sales Team Member to handle inbound catering calls and drive event sales from our Pasadena office. You will coordinate with the Catering Office and Restaurant Operations to ensure flawless events and superior guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring guest service and phone skills, along with strong organizational abilities. This role requires weekend availability and in-person training at the Home Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of guest service experience.
• 1+ years of high-level phone experience.
• Catering and food service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound calls and serves all catering needs with sales expertise.
• Expert knowledge of menu and event coordination to meet guest expectations.
• Supports the Catering Office Manager with training, policies, and service standards.
• Uses Caterease database accurately for all required information.
• Ensures seamless handoff from Catering Office to Restaurant Operations.
• Drives catering sales through outbound calls and follow-ups with guests.
• Follows up with guests for feedback and repeat business.
• Handles administrative duties and timely event insurance requests.
• Requires in-person attendance at the Pasadena Office for training.
