Job summary

Aramark is seeking a dining operations manager to develop and execute solutions across front-of-house dining locations. You will supervise two or more staff, ensuring food service quality, safety, and adherence to financial targets.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience.
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Previous experience in retail required.

Responsibilities

• Leverages Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
• Ensures individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in all operations
• Maintains client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships
• Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress
• Delivers on profit and loss statements and financial targets
• Monitors performance metrics, data, orders and inventory trends to improve margins
• Creates value through efficient operations and cost controls
• Operates with adherence to Operational Excellence fundamentals
• Ensures team training and readiness to execute
• Oversees production, quality and control in dining areas
• Maintains a safe environment for clients, customers and employees
• Manages Front of House dining operations (Cafeteria, Food Court, Quick Service)
• Coordinates menus, ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards are met
• Supervises two or more employees including hiring and performance reviews
• Assists with location forecasting and accounting
• Maintains records to comply with ARAMARK, government and accrediting standards
• Interfaces with vendors and client contacts to coordinate activities
• Develops and implements retail services plans to improve service and profitability
• Maintains relationships with other departments for unified service
