The Assistant Director will partner with academic units and external clients as the primary campus liaison for catering services, directing two Catering Coordinators and a team of staff to ensure service excellence.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Three years of leadership experience in catering/event operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menus, and service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vision and leadership to continuously elevate the catering program.
• Develop strategies to increase engagement, revenue, and client retention.
• Manage budgets, billing accuracy, cost controls, and labor optimization.
• Supervise two Catering Coordinators and oversee staff recruitment and development.
• Ensure quality, safety, and standards for events from booking to execution.
