DiBella’s Subs is seeking a Catering Production Coordinator to organize and oversee catering orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure flawless execution of events. The role emphasizes strong customer service and hospitality, with training provided to learn our catering menu and sales procedures.

This on-site position features daytime shifts (Tue-Sat), with paid weekly pay, benefits including medical/dental, PTO, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing/walking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and ensure accurate catering orders for clients.
• Make deliveries to catering clients and perform follow-up calls.
• Maintain accounts and assist in driving new catering business.
• Assist clients with placing catering orders.
