Village Catering Company is hiring culinary team members to help prepare high-quality food for events of all sizes. You will work closely with culinary leadership to keep production organized, accurate, and ready for each event.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-focused, and willing to learn multiple culinary and support functions in a fast-paced environment. Some shifts may include weekends and event-driven production while maintaining food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to follow recipes and food-safety procedures.
• Willing to learn multiple culinary and support functions.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies.
• Commercial kitchen or catering experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Complete food preparation and production according to recipes and event counts
• Label, date, rotate, store, and transfer food correctly
• Assist with event packing, load-out verification, and production checklists
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe workstations
• Wash dishes and equipment and complete assigned cleaning tasks
• Receive, organize, and store deliveries and inventory
• Communicate shortages, delays, and quality concerns to culinary leadership
