Job summary

Qualifications

• 8th grade education and 3 years of driving with a box truck experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, weigh and measure; reliable and accurate.
• Excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the catering box truck or other University vehicles in all weather.
• Oversee pickup, drop-off and delivery of food, materials and equipment for events.
• Assist culinary and front-of-house teams with prep, dishwashing, setup, tear-down and cleanup.
• Maintain vehicle schedules per University protocols and safety requirements.
• Demonstrate customer focus with strong time management and attention to detail.
