United Airlines is seeking a Supervisor - Catering Operations & Logistics to provide frontline leadership of catering kitchen operations during shifts. You will ensure safe, timely meal production and on-time aircraft departures while coordinating real-time operational changes.

The role is hands-on and ideal for an early-career operations professional with 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fields: Business, Operations, Engineering or related.
• Minimum 2 years equivalent or similar work experience.
• Flexible schedule to cover critical days and shifts.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge or use of AI (CoPilot, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Strong planning, organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations as MOD during shifts.
• Coordinate vendor kitchen operations and on-airport presence.
• Ensure production readiness, food safety and on-time departures.
• Develop clear communication with caterers and United teams.
• Coordinate IRROPS incident response in real time.
• Lead audits and support corrective actions with safety teams.
• Collaborate with catering partners and local operating groups.
• Coach frontline teams on processes and systems.
• Provide on-site support for new initiatives and changes.
