Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a catering coordinator for a McAlister’s Deli franchised location in Missouri. The role involves coordinating drivers and deliveries, verifying guest satisfaction after deliveries, and completing daily catering accounting procedures.

You will also make at least two sales calls daily and document them in the sales report, fill front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists, and handle other duties as requested by management.
