Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Catering Coordinator for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Missouri. The role entails coordinating drivers and deliveries, confirming guest satisfaction after service, and maintaining catering accounting records daily.

You will also make at least two sales calls daily and document them in the sales report, while preparing front and back of house catering prep lists. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day.
• Check with drivers and guests to ensure satisfaction after deliveries.
• Ensure all catering accounting procedures are completed daily.
• Make at least two sales calls a day and enter them into the sales report.
• Fill out front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders.
• Other duties as requested by management.
