Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Catering Coordinator for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Fishers, IN. You will coordinate drivers and deliveries, verify satisfaction with drivers and guests, and ensure daily catering accounting procedures are completed.

You will also make at least two sales calls daily and log them into the sales report, and fill out front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists for catering orders, with other duties as requested by management.
