Job Summary

Join Wolfgang Puck Catering as a Catering Operations Manager in Dallas, TX, where you will coordinate and execute dynamic and high-profile events. Wolfgang Puck Catering in Dallas operates F&B venues throughout Dallas. Our Union Station unit provides product, people, and the expertise for Catering events for our venues as well as private in home or in business events.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage up to 100 event staff to ensure flawless execution of catering events.
2. Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring all aspects are handled with world-class attention to detail.
3. Maintain client relationships through professional communication and outstanding service.
4. Coordinate the preparation and setup of events, ensuring all elements meet our high standards.
5. Manage multiple events and document management tasks efficiently, even during peak seasons.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in catering leadership, preferably in an upscale environment, with a minimum of two years.
2. Ability to work unsupervised and handle extensive document management.
3. Professional presentation and client-facing communication skills, with experience completing events in various locations, including private homes.
4. Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
