Wolfgang Puck Catering in Atlanta is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to lead event logistics and labor planning for on-site Georgia Aquarium events and select off-premise engagements. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution, staffing, and coordination across teams.

You will partner across culinary, facilities, sales, and event teams to ensure timely execution, safety, and guest satisfaction, with hands-on leadership before, during, and after events.

Qualifications

• Background in event logistics, banquet operations, or catering management.
• Experience supporting on-site and off-premise events.
• Familiarity with labor planning, staffing coordination, and operational workflows.
• Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple events or priorities.
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across departments.

• Strong understanding of event flow, logistics, and operational execution.

Job Summary

The Catering Operations Manager supports the successful delivery of events hosted on-site at the Georgia Aquarium as well as select off-premise locations. This role partners closely with Wolfgang Puck Catering and internal Aquarium teams to lead event logistics, labor planning, and operational coordination across a wide range of event formats. With a primary focus on logistics and operational execution, this position provides hands-on leadership before, during, and after events, ensuring teams, resources, and timelines stay aligned. The Catering Operations Manager brings a collaborative mindset, strong event knowledge, and a solutions-oriented approach to both Aquarium-based and off-site events.

Key Responsibilities
