Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in hospitality management (preferably off-premise catering).
• Budgeting, P&L, labor and sales forecasting experience.
• Strong client presentation and marketing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on scope, budget, and menus to ensure a successful event.
• Plan menus with clients and chefs and coordinate with vendors.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage event budgets.
• Lead and train catering staff; schedule events and staff.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records for events.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Catering Managers, Supervising Chefs, and clients.
