Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise catering operations including staffing, setup, service and breakdown.
• Book events, select and cost menu items, and price as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate activities with other internal departments and attend management meetings.
• Represent Aramark at meetings and events with clients.
• Ensure sanitation, organization and safety standards using checklists and supervision.
• Contribute to catering training programs for hourly staff.
