Aramark is seeking a Catering Service Worker Lead to supervise planning and execution of catering events at central and satellite locations. The role focuses on upholding brand standards, coordinating staff and equipment, and delivering exceptional service for varied events.

The role includes event booking, menu costing, hiring support, and cross‑department coordination. The successful candidate will drive safety, sanitation, and training programs consistent with Aramark OpX initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise catering operations and plan events of varying size across central and satellite locations.
• Book events, select and price menu items as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors; represent Aramark at meetings and events.
• Engage with external customers and client staff; uphold Aramark brand at events.
• Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards via checklists and supervision.
• Participate in catering training programs and help develop training for staff.
• Support implementation of Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
