Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Catering Captain for a full-time role at Beckman Coulter in Chaska, MN. The position involves coordinating catering staff, serving guests, and ensuring timely, compliant event execution.

You will work a day shift, Monday through Friday, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, and may require a valid drivers license and proper permits where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• A valid drivers license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering staff schedules to ensure timely service.
• Direct staff on setup and service expectations for each function.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Follow HACCP standards and maintain sanitation of equipment and supplies.
• Deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations and return equipment after events.
