Job summary

Eggs Up Grill Albany is seeking an assistant manager with catering responsibilities to ensure smooth shift execution and exceptional guest experiences while coordinating catering events from setup to breakdown.

You will lead staff, coordinate with the General Manager, handle client communication, maintain records, and oversee fundraising events to deliver on our wholesome, genuine service promise.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Maintains kitchen health and safety knowledge.
• References will be required.
• Experience delegating tasks and maintaining quick service.

Responsibilities

• Catering logistics and set-up coordination from transport to break-down.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to exceed client expectations.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and handle special requests.
• Coordinate store and staff needs with GM and kitchen team.
• Maintain detailed records of client preferences, event details, and transactions.
• Lead fundraising events as main contact and ensure positive experiences.
• Serve as main point of contact for shift employees and oversee scheduling and training.
