Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders and ensure packaging, labeling, and delivery timing meet specifications.
• Verify food quality against kitchen specifications and maintain HACCP standards.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics, including delivery proof and recipient name.
• Interact with customers by phone, email, and in person to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Cross-train to assist in kitchen tasks or driving during slow periods.
