Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with email and basic office software.
• Prior knowledge of aviation terminology preferred.
• FDA regulations and safe food handling required.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and be able to travel.
• Hospitality/food expeditor and delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders and ensure quality assurance, packaging, labeling, and delivery timing.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics, including delivery photos and recipient names.
• Communicate with customers, kitchen team, and Guest Services to manage orders.
• Relay feedback to the Catering Director or General Manager to improve quality.
• Act as on-site problem solver and assist with occasional food prep or driving when needed.
• Follow company procedures for safety, food quality, and cost control.
