Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC seeks a Part-Time Expeditor in Miami, FL to manage the Order Management Process, verify specifications, and coordinate with the kitchen and Guest Services teams.

The Expeditor will prioritize orders, assure quality and packaging, and use Shipday for logistics. They will engage with customers by phone, email, and in person, and relay feedback to leadership to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with email and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Order Management Process and ensure orders align with HACCP and food safety practices.
• Prioritize orders, ensure packaging/labeling accuracy, delivery timing, and procurement needs.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics and delivery tracking, including delivery confirmation and recipient name.
• Provide direct customer interaction by phone, email, and in-person as applicable; relay feedback to leadership.
• Be central to quality and accuracy on-site and assist with routine tasks such as stocking and shopping lists.
• Meet weekly with the General Manager to ensure standards are reflected in day-to-day operations.
• Cross-train to prepare food or drive when business requires.
