Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience in the aviation, food services, or hospitality industry is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as proficiency in email, Internet use, and basic office software programs.
• Prior knowledge of aviation terminology preferred.
• FDA Regulations and safe food handling required.
• Must possess a sense of priority at all times and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
• Prior hospitality/food expeditor and delivery experience preferred.
• The Expeditor must have a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders, quality assurance, and ensure packaging meets specifications.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics and delivery documentation, including delivery photos and recipient name.
• Communicate with customer, local kitchen team, and Guest Services team.
• Relay feedback to Catering Director or General Manager to improve quality and service.
• Act as central kitchen captain of quality and on-site problem solver.
