Job summary

McAlister’s Deli franchise in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Catering Coordinator to manage daily deliveries, coordinate drivers, and ensure guest satisfaction by following up after events.

In this role you will complete catering accounting procedures each day, make sales calls, document them in the sales report, and fill out both front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists for catering orders, with other duties as requested by management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day.
• After deliveries check with drivers and guests to make sure everything was satisfactory.
• Ensure all catering accounting procedures are completed daily.
• Make at least two sales calls a day and enter them into sales report.
• Fill out front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders.
• Other duties as requested by management.
