Job summary

McAlister Inc., operating a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Independence, MO, is seeking a Catering Coordinator to manage daily catering operations, coordinate drivers and deliveries, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will complete catering accounting procedures, record daily sales activities, prepare front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders, and perform other duties as requested by management.

• Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day
• After deliveries check with drivers and guests to make sure everything was satisfactory
• Ensure all catering accounting procedures were completed daily
• Make at least two sales calls a day and enter them into sales report
• Fill out front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders
• Other duties as requested by management.
