The University of North Texas Dining Services is seeking an organized Office Support Administrator to support catering operations, handle administrative tasks, student hiring, scheduling, and client support in Denton.

You will manage Catertrax orders, assist with BEOs and billing, and work with multiple departments to ensure smooth events and exceptional service for UNT Dining customers.

Competenze

• High school diploma and three years of office administration or business management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office procedures.

Mansioni

• Manage catering orders using Catertrax and update BEOs; assist with billing and client communication.
• Coordinate student hiring, onboarding, interviews, and schedule staff for catering events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and clients.
• Collaborate with HR and Dining Administration to streamline processes and support catering operations.
