Job summary

Specialty Restaurants is seeking a Catering & Off-Premise Manager Support Center in Costa Mesa, CA to own the strategy behind third-party delivery, catering, and digital ordering. You will partner with Operations, Marketing, Culinary, and Technology to grow revenue and improve guest experience across our portfolio.

You will analyze sales, forecast demand for large events, and build tools to optimize profitability while ensuring seamless execution at the location level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in marketing, business, operations, digital commerce, or restaurant leadership.
• 3–5 years of experience managing digital marketplaces, delivery platforms, or catering channels.
• Strong understanding of DSP ecosystems, catering marketplaces (e.g., ezCater), and digital ordering tools.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to convert data into insights and action.
• Experience with POS integrations, DSP APIs, or catering platform technology.

Responsibilities

• Champion Our Marketplace & Catering Presence: Strategic owner of the company's communication between third-party delivery and catering partnerships, for DSPs and catering providers including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, ezCater, and others.
• Lead the development and execution of the off-premise and third-party delivery strategy, driving revenue growth and guest experience.
• Lead testing and implementation of new platform features, integrations, and partnerships.
• Analyze sales and operational data to uncover growth opportunities and improve guest experience.
• Build forecasting tools and dashboards to support operational readiness for large catering occasions.
