Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking a driven Catering Manager to lead event catering operations in Jackson, WY. You will oversee menu development with chefs, manage a dedicated catering staff, and ensure impeccable service for corporate meetings and social gatherings.

You will collaborate with clients to determine event requirements, maintain budgets, and ensure health and safety standards are met, while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.
