Empact Group is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee food service operations in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in culinary arts, at least 3 years of kitchen management experience, and strong leadership skills to manage budgets and the kitchen brigade effectively. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining HACCP standards, and menu planning. This role is vital to ensuring high-quality food service and compliance within healthcare environments.
The Main Purpose of the Job
The successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all food service-related activities, including managing daily kitchen operations, implementing production processes, managing food and labour costs, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
