Eurest is seeking a Catering Manager in Denver, CO to lead the Catering Department, oversee events, and direct temporary staff as needed. You will ensure top-notch service, proper setup and breakdown, and excellent client satisfaction during all events.

The role requires 2 years of food service experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, plus strong budgeting, menu planning, and customer service skills. On-site leadership experience in corporate dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience including 1 year at the management level.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Catering experience is required.
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and food cost controls; strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all catering events.
• Manages event operations including logistics and sanitation.
• Works with Chef in menu creation.
• Trains catering staff in service techniques and customer service.
• Monitors labor and food costs per event.
• Maintains client relationships at multiple levels.
• Supports all foodservice-related activities.
