Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Catering Manager 3 to lead university catering operations in the greater Salisbury, NC region. You will plan and execute events, manage menus and costing, and develop frontline teams to deliver memorable client experiences while driving growth and efficiency.

This is a contingent role based on awarding of an account contract. You will collaborate with clients and operations leaders to align goals, implement strategies, and ensure top quality service across multiple events and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• At least 1 year related catering/operations experience.
• Strong leadership and client service orientation.
