Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 2 to lead all catering operations for our food team at HMH Jersey Shore Medical Center located in Neptune City, New Jersey. You will plan and execute catering operations, delivering exceptional service while driving growth and efficiency.

You will manage people, set direction, and deploy resources, influencing across the organization to achieve results. This role requires leadership, client focus, and a collaborative approach to optimize service delivery.

About the job

You will lead the planning and execution of catering operations to deliver exceptional service and drive business success. Combining creativity with practical insights, you’ll ensure memorable client experiences while supporting growth and efficiency. Working collaboratively across teams, you will help develop and implement strategies that strengthen client relationships and promote ongoing success.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $58735 per year - $76010 per year
