The position is first shift, typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, and early morning to mid-afternoon hours. Applicants must be 18+, with strong customer service, and able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are required; politeness and professionalism are essential.
• Ability to generate new catering business using marketing and sales skills.
• Comfort with delivering orders and managing guest databases.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of the catering operations.
• Take, place and prepare catering orders and teach others to do so effectively.
• Maintain accurate guest database, collect payments and follow up with catering guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep work area neat and clean while following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Interact positively with team members, managers and guests.
