Panera Bread in California is hiring a Catering Lead to manage fast-paced catering orders and drive sales for events. You will prepare and deliver orders on time while providing friendly, courteous service to guests.

Daily duties include taking and processing orders, coordinating with kitchen and delivery teams, and using your sales skills to generate new catering business. This is a first-shift opportunity with early morning to mid-afternoon hours.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with early start times; 18+ years old.
• Food service or retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the success of the catering operations
• Take, place and prepare catering orders and teach others to do so effectively
• Maintain accurate and detailed guest database, collect payments and follow up with catering guests to ensure satisfaction
• Keep work area neat and clean while following all safety and sanitation procedures
• Display an ability to interact positively with all team members, managers and guests on a consistent basis
