Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound catering inquiries, menu consultations, payment processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership on food prep schedules and special dietary needs.
• Organize and oversee delivery schedules, route optimization, and event setup.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and sanitation regs.
• Maintain catering equipment, delivery vehicles, and display items.
• Post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and secure recurring business.
• Track sales targets, expenses, labor costs, and monthly revenue.
• Coordinate outside events and mascot/brand appearances.
• Manage third-party delivery relationships (Grubhub, DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates).
