Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is hiring a Catering Lead Coordinator in Boulder, CO to manage the catering experience from order intake to delivery and setup. You will coordinate dry goods, food preparation, and presentation while staying responsive to client needs.

You will build relationships with clients, seek new catering opportunities, and ensure orders are accurate and timely. Occasional evenings/weekends may be required; on-site restaurant support also included.

Qualifications

• Certified food handler required.
• TABC certification (Texas) preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth catering experience from order intake to delivery and setup.
• Prepare and assemble catering orders, verify accuracy, and present per client expectations.
• Foster relationships with existing clients and pursue new catering opportunities in the community.
• Assist with hourly restaurant duties when not catering.
