Panera Bread is hiring a Catering Lead in Lancaster, PA. You will help guests plan and choose familiar Panera dishes for their events, respond to inquiries, and ensure hassle-free hosting with timely, accurate catering service.

You will manage and produce catering orders, deliver when needed, uphold health and food safety standards, and promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events while supporting your managers and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic food safety knowledge and training.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Own vehicle for delivering orders and valid driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk up to 3 hours.
• Clear communication in loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
