Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in a fast-paced environment to plan and execute catering orders, ensuring guests receive delicious, familiar Panera dishes for events. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate details, and guarantee hassle-free hosting with prompt, accurate delivery.

Responsibilities include creating memorable guest experiences, maintaining health standards, promoting catering services locally, and supporting managers and teammates to foster a culture of warmth and growth.

Qualifications

• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training. (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Willingness to deliver orders and assist events.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple catering orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for our guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Promote Panera Catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
• Help Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
