Panera is seeking a Catering Lead in Lancaster, PA to manage and produce catering orders, ensuring warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups for guest satisfaction. You will assist with deliveries to events and uphold strict health and food safety standards.

You will promote Panera catering to local businesses, schools, and events, while supporting Managers and teammates and helping foster a culture of warmth and trust. Flexible hours and driving are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Food Handler's Card if required by law.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and valid driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
