Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to plan and coordinate catering orders for events in Fairfield, CT. You will deliver pleasant, proactive service and help guests select familiar Panera dishes for their gatherings.

You will also assist with order deliveries, maintain strict food safety standards, and uphold Panera's high quality. The role demands flexibility to work during nights and weekends in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal ability to work in the U.S.
• Basic food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Own a vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
