Panera is seeking a Catering Lead in Southbury, CT to orchestrate catering orders and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will plan and select menu options, coordinate with guests, and ensure timely, accurate delivery with warm service.

You will also uphold health and safety standards, promote Panera catering locally, and assist managers and teammates as needed. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have basic food safety understanding and training.
• Own a vehicle with acceptable driving record for delivering orders.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Deliver orders to guests' events when needed.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
