Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must possess or obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload requirements from catering orders.
• Discuss setup arrangements with function group leaders and address last-minute changes.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Ensure proper presentation and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Set up rooms to desired specifications and deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and return serving equipment to the facility.
