Compass Group USA, operating Chartwells Higher Ed on the Oklahoma Baptist University campus in Shawnee, seeks candidates for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE positions. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience in fast-food or casual dining preferred.
• Evening and Saturday availability required.
• Willing to train for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests promptly and warmly.
• Takes food orders and relays to back-of-house staff.
• Understands menu items and ingredients.
• Coordinates with back-of-house to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly manner.
• Cooks fast-food items following safety and sanitation standards.
• Performs light cleaning to maintain sanitation and safety.
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Handles sales transactions and collects customer signatures.
• Manages cash drawer and receipts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
