Panera Bread in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Catering Lead to manage and grow our catering operations. You will plan, quote, and produce catering orders, ensure timely deliveries, and deliver warm, professional service to guests at events.

You’ll uphold food safety standards and help market Panera Catering to local businesses and schools. Ideal candidates are 18+, with food safety training, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• Food handler's/card training as required by law.
• Enjoy people with effective communication skills.
• Self-starter with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders with acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
