Job summary

Panera’s Eureka catering team is seeking a Catering Lead to help guests plan and select delicious Panera dishes for events. You will respond to inquiries, guarantee hassle-free hosting, and ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.

You’ll manage orders, deliver memorable service, and promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events while upholding health and safety standards. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card where required).
• Enjoy working with people and have effective communication skills.
• Self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle and maintain a good driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment; ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.
• Must clearly communicate and understand guests and associates in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging and trust.
