Responsibilities

• The main focus of the Catering Lead Coordinator position is to ensure a smooth catering experience for clients, including preparing dry goods and food, and ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Foster relationships with current clients and seek new opportunities for catering expansion within the community.
• Manage the catering order process from receiving orders to preparing and delivering them promptly per client expectations.
• Assemble and verify catering orders to ensure accuracy while implementing the Modern Market Catering Strategy.
• Handle orders promptly on occasion nights and weekends with a friendly and accommodating demeanor toward clients.
• Fulfill hourly duties within the restaurant during down times, which may include cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line as needed.
