Panera Bread in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role ensures accurate fulfillment, proactive follow-ups, and friendly service for events.

You will uphold health and food safety standards, promote Panera catering to local businesses and schools, and support the store team while contributing to a culture of warmth and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food Handler's Card required by law.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Own vehicle for delivering orders and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 3 hours.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Build excitement and interest in Panera’s catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build our Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
